(PERL) is an integrated module designed to develop core professional competencies in undergraduate medical students.

The course focuses on cultivating ethical medical practice, professional behavior, leadership skills, and a strong foundation in research methodology. Students are introduced to principles of medical ethics, communication skills, teamwork, accountability, evidence-based medicine, and basic research concepts.

Through interactive sessions, case discussions, and supervised activities, PERL prepares students to become responsible, ethical, research-oriented, and effective healthcare leaders committed to patient-centered care and lifelong learning.
